On October 7th 2009 the annual flight demonstration of the Swiss Army took place at aircraft shooting range Axalp-Ebenfluh which is placed 2.200 meters above sea level in the middle of the alps. Due to the extraordinarily warm weather conditions this year over 10.000 spectators took the climb up the hill to watch the spectacular demonstrations.
